Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
Services
NUUK Studio LLC provides trade show stand design, project coordination, logistics and on-site execution services. The specific scope of each engagement is defined in a separate proposal or agreement.
Payment Terms
Fees, deposits and payment schedules are set out in each project agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within the period specified on the invoice. Late payments may be subject to additional charges.
Intellectual Property
All concepts, designs and materials created by NUUK Studio remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, after which agreed deliverables are licensed or transferred per the project agreement. NUUK Studio retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NUUK Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant engagement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in the governing jurisdiction.
Modifications
NUUK Studio LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
